All orders are delivered free of charge & now 1st class.

As of the 1st March 2007 we ship all orders by the Royal Mail 1st Class Postal System.

We have listened to our customers feedback & feel the savings made by using 2nd class postage are not worth the reduced quality of service offer by Royal Mail.

Please note that we only deliver to the UK & Ireland.

We may upgrade this delivery method (at our cost) to a next day courier delivery for larger orders. For larger orders, we find couriers offer a better service than available from the Royal Mail.

Royal Mail delivery will normally take 1-3 days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays). Courier deliveries are usually next working day. ( When the order is placed before the cut off point -see below )

Occasionally, there are delays within Royal Mail the postal system. Although delays are rare, please allow 15 days for your order to arrive, particularly during the peak periods around Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays. Unfortunately, we cannot start tracking parcels until this time has elapsed.

Priority Royal Mail Delivery Option

Because we send large amounts of mail throught the Royal Mail postage system we have been granted a "priority service" allowance. This means that any items delivered to the Royal Mail sorting office marked as "PRIORITY" will jump any cues or backlogs thus being processed immediatly. This is not a guaranteed next day service, however next day delivery rates are currently 94.7%. This option is only £0.99 available at our checkout. The daily cut off point for this service is 3.30pm. However after this point the order is still packed and ready for the next delivery to the Royal Mail sorting office.

Courier Next Working Day Delivery Option - For Orders Placed Before 3PM Weekdays Only

If you would like the extra convenience of a courier delivery, then we will upgrade any order to this delivery option for a flat fee of £ 6.99 inc VAT.
THIS IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR ODERS BEFORE 3PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY.
In the unlikely event of us not having your order in stock, we will contact you before 5PM to inform you of the actual delivery date, or allow you to cancel the order. We hold 99.9% of items in stock. You must be available to sign for the delivery between 9am to 5.30pm on the day of delivery. Your delivery date is clearly displayed at the checkout before you confirm the order. The daily cut off for courier deliveries is 3PM.

This upgraded delivery method is only available to UK mainland addresses. Orders outside this area will have the courier fee refunded, and the order will be dispatched via the Royal Mail.

Please note that we cannot refund any courier charges should you cancel an order or order incorrectly.

Shortages & None Deliveries

In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive you must inform our office with 21 days of placing your order. We are able to track your delivery via the Royal mail & our couriers.

Shortages must be reported within this 21 day time period. Beyond this time we can not rectify any issues.
